Straw and Pearce has a dedicated team who advise and defend professional clients facing investigations by their own professional bodies as well as independent complaints bodies. Such investigations can involve breaches of the standards of professional practice as well as criminal matters. Mark Wardley is the head of the Professional Discipline department. He has built a reputation for his robust and proactive approach to defending professional discipline allegations.
