Will Writing Service

We encourage all our clients to make a Will. For most people this is inexpensive and ensures your tax liability (if any) is kept to a minimum and that your dependants are cared for to the best of your ability. In the event that a person dies without a Will, the law sets out a statutory order of inheritance which may result in people you have had little or no contact with sharing in your estate. Making a Will ensures that your assets go to the beneficiaries of your choice.

We offer a simple fixed fee arrangement for straightforward and mirror Wills and an estimate can be given for more complex Wills.

We will retain your Wills for safe keeping at no extra charge once executed and will provide you with a photocopy of the signed Will for your records.
