Bankruptcy & Insolvency

 We can assist in petitioning for your bankruptcy or the bankruptcy of someone who owes you money, as well as defending or resisting a bankruptcy petition. We can also help with petitioning to wind up a company or a winding up application that has been presented against you by one of your creditors. We offer advice and assistance in respect of Bankruptcy Restriction Orders and Income Payment Orders.

Where appropriate, we can also advise family members on protecting their interest and purchasing interests from a trustee in bankruptcy.

In conjunction with our Insolvency Practitioner colleagues, we are able to assist with exploring whether or not an individual voluntary arrangement would be suitable for you in an attempt to avoid bankruptcy.
